This is assured through our large machine park and in-house service departments. For example, our tool shop, which regularly adapts and maintains our tools and machines. Or our quality assurance that ensures the consistently high quality level of our packaging as well as adherence to ISO-certified processes.
Film manufacture
We produce high-quality one- to three-layered PET, PS und PP films on our modern, high-performance extrusion lines.
Thermoforming
Our high-quality packaging is produced on around 50 thermoforming machines using a combined forming and stamping process.
Printing
Outstanding print brilliance: Packs become premium products through the pre-printing of lids using rotogravure or offset printing.
Labelling
To satisfy the highest of demands, we deliver packaging with plastic and paper labels that can be attached to lids and sides or bottoms of tubs using the off-mould process.
